The Secret Hospital Window | Motivational Story

Not every story starts with a king and queen, some starts with a hospital. Harry was one of the patients whose bed was closed to the window. There was another patient in his room who had to spend all his time on his back.

Slowly the two became good friends. They used to talk for hours about just everything, family, friends, jobs, travel experiences, etc.

Harry didn't have issues in sitting up. He daily passes time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window. He used to describe the beautiful lake outside, with kids playing and enjoying in the park near, ducks and swans swimming in the water. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city skyline could also be seen in the distance.

The other man would close his eyes and imagine all these beautiful scenes as he was unable to see because of his back.

The days went like this where every day Harry used to describe what's going on outside and the other man used to enjoy the same scene picturing in his mind.

Then one sad day came into their life. There was no sound of Harry. The nurse told the man that Harry is dead. Hearing this he was shocked and sad. They had become good friends in the last few days.

Once a few days passed the man thought that Harry's bed is still empty and he could move to his place so that he could also see all the beautiful things Harry used to describe.

The Nurse agreed happily to make the move for the man. Slowly and painfully the man finally reached the bed. He was very excited to see the window. He strained to slowly turn to look out the window beside the bed.

He couldn't understand. There was no window. It was a wall.! He called Nurse and asked her where is the window which Harry used to see to.

The Nurse told that there was never any window here and Harry couldn't describe you anything as he was BLIND.

Moral:-

Dear Friends!! 

"Sometimes it's not what we see, its what we want to see. Just like Harry was physically blind but he wanted to encourage the man so he made up all good stories and scenes. In life even if you can't see the happiness, money, love now start imagining that and soon you will get it in life."
