The Pigeons and the Hunter | Panchatantra

Once a flock of pigeon was flying from the top of the forest. It was a beautiful day and the sky was also clear. But it was not like every other day. This time a cruel hunter was waiting to catch the pigeons.

The Hunter had laid a net with rice spread all over it. He knew that the pigeons would definitely come to eat the rice and he can catch them easily. Shortly, a flock of pigeons comes by and start eating the rice and get caught in the net.

It didn't take them long to find out that they are caught and the hunter is about to take them. They tried hard but couldn't fly. They were about to lose hope.

The leader of the flock was a wise pigeon. He asks everyone to fly together. All the other pigeons did the same and they were able to fly carrying the net with themselves.

The hunter was shocked and tried to catch them but they were flying fast.

The pigeons fly towards their friend mouse’s hole. The mouse on seeing this cuts the net into pieces and frees the pigeon. Hunter feeling sad went out of the forest and the pigeons celebrated their life-saving victory.
